Barford Children’s Services is looking for people with enthusiasm, energy and commitment to work with young people who live in residential care. We understand every child is individual and look to ensure that our service is unique to them. Therefore, we are looking to develop a workforce that will better meet the needs of children and young people. Through our delivery of services we aim to raise standards and improve practice by setting additional requirements for training and ongoing professional development of all our employees.

Our children's services specialise in supporting children with emotional behavioural difficulties and other complex needs in residential child care, education and therapy.
